Our website takes you through the consultation process, step-by-step! So you'll never miss anything out. Each consultation will be tailored to your specific needs, and we'll only ask questions that are relevant to you. Always answer honestly! And please try to be as thorough as possible with any answers requiring comments. At the end of the online consultation, you will be shown which treatment we recommend, with an explanation as to why. There will always be alternative treatments however, if for whatever reason you'd prefer something else - and all the information you need on each treatment can be found on our 'Treatments' page.

Once you've selected your treatment and completed your subscription we will ask you to submit 3 photos of your face; these are reviewed by one of our expert Dermatologists to ensure it's the best option for you! We need to receive these photos before we can prescribe and dispatch any medicines to you. Your prescription treatment will then be sent out to arrive with you the following day!

When you've completed your online consultation, you will be shown which treatment we recommend based on your results, with an explanation as to why, and all the pro's and con's of that particular medicine. We always show you the alternatives however, so if for whatever reason you'd prefer something else you can make that informed decision! You can also take a look at all of the medicines we use on our 'Treatments' page for a full breakdown.

Once you've selected your treatment and completed your subscription we will ask you to submit 3 photos of your face. We will only contact you if we think an alternative medication would be more suitable, but you can always call our support team or use the online chat service if you have any questions at all. We will then notify you when you prescription has been confirmed and when your treatment is on it's way!

When you sign up for your subscription, your first payment of £19.00 plus shipping (£2.90) will be charged to your card for your first month's treatment. From then on, you will be rebilled every 28 days for your next month's medicine.

All personal information and payment details are stored and encrypted securely so there's no need to worry, and you can cancel at any time with no costs or penalties!

This won't work like a direct debit so no credit checks are needed, any each payment will go out 28 days after the previous one to ensure you have a constant supply of your treatment.

As part of the Dermatica service you will always receive ongoing support. Everyone's skin reacts differently, so if one medicine isn't working for you we'll refine your treatment based on your feedback to prescribe an alternative solution! If you send us a fresh set of photos to see how your skin is doing with a description of what you've noticed, our Dermatologists will review them and let you know their recommendations.

We all want instant results but sadly the road to clear and healthy skin is often a long one, so you do have to be patient and stick with a treatment for at least 4-6 weeks before moving on to something else if you've not seeing the results. If you have a bad reaction to any medication however you should contact us or your GP straight away and stop treatment immediately.
